When we talk about fulfilment, we’re talking about everything that happens after your print project is complete. Put simply, we take printed products, or supplied items, and either pack them singly, or collate them together, and despatch them, in bulk or individually.
It started with a small team handling simple mailings, and it’s grown. We’re now one of the largest distributors of secure material in the UK. Our pick and pack operation handles up to 30,000 items a day, and it’s all done in a controlled environment.
Whether you need us to despatch a single item, box, or pallet, we can locate each item quickly and accurately and deliver them to wherever they need to go.
We hold accounts with all major courier services, as well as a fleet of our own delivery vehicles.

What is pick & pack?
Pick and pack is selecting the items from a customer’s order off a shelf, or pallet, and packing them ready to distribute. We do this for both printed items and ecommerce. You can trust us to store your goods safely and securely until you need them.

When you’re ready to distribute, our team runs a daily pick and pack operation.
Using our system, we can pick one item or a thousand items. We know where every item is in the warehouse, which shelf it’s on, or what pallet. And on that pallet, we know which box it’s in. We do this for over 10 million items a year.
And all the time we’re communicating with our customers’ and carriers’ external systems so that everybody knows where every item is.
