The successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk mitigation, while overseeing statutory and management accounts across multiple entities. In addition, they will lead and develop finance teams across the Group, drive process improvements and system efficiencies, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

This is a full-time role requiring a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong commercial awareness, leadership capability, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level within a dynamic business environment.

We are looking for an Inkjet Web Printing Machine Operator to join our Production team at Page Bros.

This hands-on role involves operating our inkjet web press to produce high-quality short- to medium-run print jobs, ensuring all work is completed to deadline and in line with company quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining the press, identifying and reporting any non-conforming products, and keeping your work area clean and organised.

The role requires a methodical approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with the opportunity to develop into a specialist “go-to” expert supporting and training others over time.

This is a full-time position working a rotating treble shift pattern (early, late, and night shifts) to meet business needs. Full training will be provided, alongside benefits including a company pension, life insurance, and free on-site parking.

In this role, you will act as a lead operator on our B1 press, producing high-quality colour print work for onward finishing while ensuring all jobs are completed to deadline and in line with company quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining the press to a high standard, identifying and addressing any non-conforming products, and keeping your work area clean and organised.

The role requires a methodical approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with the opportunity to develop into a specialist “go-to” expert supporting and training others over time.

This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) working a double day shift pattern (early and late shifts) to meet business needs. Benefits include a company pension, life insurance, and free on-site parking.

We are looking for a Digital Print Operative to join our Production team at Page Bros, working a flexible two-shift rotation (early and late shifts).

In this role, you will set up and operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality short- to medium-run print jobs as efficiently as possible, while minimising waste and downtime.

You will be responsible for ensuring all work meets company quality standards, is completed within set deadlines, and is clearly labelled and handed over effectively within the workflow.

The role also involves monitoring machine performance, maintaining equipment condition, and communicating any job changes to the Digital Manager. A methodical approach, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential, with the opportunity to develop into a specialist “go-to” expert supporting and training others over time.

We are looking for a Despatch Operative / Driver to join our despatch team at Page Bros.

This role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the department, including packing, wrapping, loading, and delivering printed products locally and across the UK. Working closely with the Despatch Manager, you’ll need a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A full driving licence is essential, and the role requires physical activity such as lifting and standing for periods of time.

The position is based in Norwich, working 37 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00, Friday 08:00–15:00), with on-the-job training, free onsite parking, and opportunities for overtime. For the right candidate, there is also the potential to receive training towards an LGV licence.
